摘要 卵黄囊瘤(yolk sac tumor,YST)是一种恶性程度很高的生殖细胞瘤,以儿童为主要患病群体。国内外学者对其病因及致病机制进行了诸多研究,并认为该病的发生可能与基因突变、染色体变异、表观遗传学因素及其他一些环境因素有关,但大部分机制未得到进一步的阐述。本文就近年来卵黄囊瘤的病因学研究进展进行综述。 Yolk sac tumor is a malignant germ cell tumor which mainly affects children.Domestic and foreign scholars have conducted a large number of studies on its etiology and pathogenesis,and the results have shown that the occurrence of the disease may be related to gene mutation,chromosome variation,epigenetics and environmental factors.However most of the mechanisms have not been further elucidated.In this review,we summarized the recent advances of the etiology of yolk sac tumor.
