新疆经济发展、能源消费和二氧化碳时空脱钩分析 被引量:1

An analysis of time and space dec oupling of economic development, energy consumption and carbon dioxide in Xinjiang

摘要 经济发展和能源消费之间的脱钩关系,可以反映一个地区经济增长和能源利用之间的耦合关系。选取新疆2007—2017年间经济生产总值、总能源消费(吨标准煤)、二氧化碳排放量、第一二三产业的经济生产总值及其能源消费、第二产业各部门的产值和能源消费以及各地州能源消费和经济生产总值,采用脱钩模型(Tapio弹性分析法),分析了新疆经济发展和能源的脱钩关系。结果表明:新疆经济发展和能源消费总体相对较好,经济发展和能源排放与二氧化碳的脱钩状态较好,并随着时间的推移逐渐变好;三大产业总体上脱钩较好,第三产业脱钩最好;各工业部门在两阶段(2008—2012年和2013—2017年)变化较大,但总体上脱钩较好的工业部门占大多数;各地州中在4个阶段内总体上脱钩状态逐渐变的更好。 The decoupling relationship between economic development and energy consumption can reflect the coupling relationship between economic growth and energy utilization in a region. This paper selects Xinjiang’ s GDP, total energy consumption( tons of standard coal), carbon dioxide emissions, the GDP and energy consumption of the first, second and third industries, the output value and energy consumption of each sector of the second industry, as well as the energy consumption and economic GDP of each prefecture from 2007 to 2017, and uses the decoupling model( Tapio elastic analysis method) to analyze Xinjiang’ s economy The decoupling between economic development and energy. The results show that: Xinjiang’ s economic development and energy consumption are relatively good in general, the decoupling state of economic development and energy emission from carbon dioxide is good, and gradually gets better with the passage of time;the three major industries are better in general, of which the tertiary industry is the best;the industrial sectors have changed greatly in the two stages(2008—2012 and 2013—2017), but the decoupling is better in general The industrial sector accounts for the majority of the total, and the state decoupling status in four stages is getting better.
