基于游客满意度的漠河北极村旅游发展问题及对策研究

Research on Tourism Development Issues and Countermeasures of Beiji Village in Mohe Based on Tourist Satisfaction

作为中国最北部的漠河市以其独特的区位条件以及优美的自然环境,具有发展旅游产业得天独厚的优势,作为中国最北的景区北极村又是发展特色旅游产业的绝佳之地,所以北极村景区的发展建设对于旅游业的发展具有非常重要的意义。北极村景区旅游资源极具特色,具有不可替代的优势,但景区内的基础设施建设不足,没有满足游客对现代化景区游览的需求,导致游客满意度不高。因此,本文以北极村景区为研究对象,从游客满意度的角度出发,运用问卷调查法以及实地调研,调查游客对景区内食住行游购娱的满意度,发现其中存在的问题,并提出了相应对策。

As the northernmost city of China, Mohe City, with its unique location conditions and beautiful natural environment, has the unique advantage of developing tourism industry. As the northernmost scenic spot in China,the Arctic Village is also an excellent place for the development of characteristic tourism industry. The development and construction of the Arctic Village scenic spot is of great significance to the development of tourism. The tourist resources of the Arctic Village scenic spot are very distinctive and have irreplaceable advantages. However,the infrastructure construction in the scenic spot is insufficient, which does not meet the tourists’ demand for modern scenic spots, resulting in low tourist satisfaction. Therefore, this article takes the Arctic Village scenic spot as the research object, from the perspective of tourist satisfaction, uses questionnaire surveys and on-site investigations to investigate tourists’ satisfaction with food, housing, travel, shopping, and entertainment in the scenic spot,finds out the existing problems, and raises them. The corresponding countermeasures.
