摘要
本文探讨α-亚麻酸乙酯鱼油软胶囊对小鼠免疫功能的影响。把192只BALB/C小鼠随机分为0.17,0.33,1.00 g·kg^(-1)剂量组和溶剂对照组,溶剂对照组给予大豆油,连续灌胃30天,然后随机分为4个亚组,分别检测以下项目:24小时足跖肿胀度、脏器/体质量比值、脾淋巴细胞增殖能力,半数溶血值、溶血空斑数,碳廓清能力、NK细胞活性及鸡红细胞吞噬率与吞噬指数。结果表明,0.33,1.00 g·kg^(-1)剂量α-亚麻酸乙酯鱼油软胶囊可提高小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖能力,使NK细胞活性增加,0.17,0.33,1.00 g·kg^(-1)剂量均使BALB/C小鼠24小时足跖肿胀度增加,促进抗体和血清凝血素的生成(P<0.05);0.17,0.33,1.00 g·kg-1剂量对BALB/C小鼠碳廓清能力、免疫器官/体质量和小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞能力均无明显影响(P>0.05),进一步说明α-亚麻酸乙酯鱼油软胶囊具有增强免疫功能。
The immune-regulating effect of alpha-ethyl linolenate fish oil capsules was discussed in this paper.192 BALB/C mice were randomly divided into 4 groups:0.17,0.33,1.00 g·kg^(-1) dose group and solvent control group and the control group was given soybean oil.Gavage for 30 days,and then randomly divided into 4 subgroups to test the following items:24-hour foot plantar swelling degree,organ/body mass ratio,splenic lymphocyte proliferation capacity,half hemolysis value,hemolytic plaque number,carbon Clearance ability,NK cell activity and chicken red blood cell phagocytic rate and phagocytic index.The results showed that alpha-Ethyl linolenate fish oil capsules could increase the ability of T lymphocyte proliferation and cytotoxicity of NK cells in the dosage of 0.33 and 1.00 g·kg^(-1).Significant difference was observed in all of the dosages in the response of delayed hypersensitivity induced by SRBC,the amount of antibody-producing cells and the amount of hemolytic antibody.The carbon clearance ability,immune organ/body weight ratio and phagocytosis ability of peritoneal macrophages in BALB/C mice were not significantly affected by each dose group.It proves thatα-linolenic acid ethyl ester fish oil soft capsule can enhance the immune function.
