Research on the Grey Relation Superiority Situation of the Development Factors about Merged Villages

运用灰色关联优势分析模型进行永宁县合并村庄4项发展状态特征变量与18项相关因素灰色关联优势局分析,确定了优先完善与发展合并村庄治安状况、最低生活保障、文娱活动参与状况、打工路上耗时过长问题、村民干部互动情况、低保户审批情况、优惠政策兑现情况,有待完善与发展就医病买药情况、打工难状况、工资拖欠状况、养老保险发放标准低、职业培训状况,以及进一步巩固与加强环境卫生建设、公用基设施建设、打工受挫能动性、对外交通建设、打工处所安排、义务教育建设相关要素,为合并村庄可持续发展提供决策参考.

In this paper,the gray relational advantage analysis model is used to analyze the four development state characteristic variables and 18 related factors of the merged village in Yongning County.Seven factors that should be prioritized for the improvement and development about the merged villages are identified,including the public security situation,the minimum living security,the participation in cultural and recreational activities,the long time consuming on the way to work,the interaction between villagers and cadres,the examination and approval of low-income households,and the implementation of preferential policies.We need to improve and develop the situation of medical treatment,difficulty in working,wage arrears,vocational training,and the low payment standard of endowment insurance.The six factors to further consolidate and strengthen are environmental health construction,public infrastructure construction,frustrated initiative of working,foreign transportation construction,arrangement of working places and compulsory education construction,to provide decision-making reference for the sustainable development for the merged villages.
