摘要
GB 5085.3—2007危险废物鉴别标准浸出毒性鉴别,没有跟随其制定依据地下水质量标准的修订而更新;因此,甲苯、铍、多氯联苯等浸出鉴别项目的限值低于地下水Ⅳ类标准值,苯并(a)芘浸出毒性限值甚至低于WHO饮用水标准值。采用新版GB/T 14848—2017地下水质量标准为依据计算浸出毒性限值与GB 5085.3—2007中的浸出限值进行比较,发现五氯酚、六氯苯以及甲苯等浸出鉴别项目的限值相差较大,通过分析比较表明现行的GB 5085.3—2007中存在标准限值或大或小的问题,不能准确衡量固体废物的危害。
Identification Standard for Hazardous Waste Identification for Extraction Toxicity(GB 5085.3—2007)has not been updated in accordance with the revision of the standard for groundwater quality.Therefore,the limit of leaching identification items such as toluene,beryllium,and polychlorinated biphenyls were lower than the standard value of class IV of groundwater,and the leaching toxicity limit of benzoapyrene was even lower than the WHO drinking water standard value.Based on the new version of the Standard for Groundwater Quality(GB/T 14848—2017),the leaching toxicity limit value was calculated and compared with the leaching limit value in GB 5085.3—2007.It was found that the limit of leaching identification items such as pentachlorophenol,hexachlorobenzene and toluene were quite different.Through the analysis and comparison,it was showed that there were some big or small problems in the current standard limit value in GB 5085.3—2007,which could not accurately measure the hazard of solid waste.
