套筒隧道内顶棒技术在带袢钛板治疗肩锁关节脱位中的应用

Application of push rod technique in sleeve tunnel in the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation with titanium plate

目的探讨单一小切口应用套筒隧道内顶棒技术在单束Tightrope锁扣带袢双钛板治疗肩锁关节脱位中的手术固定方法及临床疗效。方法2017年4月-2020年5月,采用单一小切口应用套筒隧道内顶棒横置喙突下钢板技术单束Tightrope锁扣带袢双钛板治疗肩锁关节脱位RockwoodⅢ型16例,对功能恢复进行评分。结果根据Constant-Morley的肩关节评分系统对术后疗效进行评价,优14例,良2例,优良率93.75%,临床疗效满意。结论单一小切口应用套筒隧道内顶棒技术单束Tightrope锁扣带袢双钛板治疗肩锁关节脱位,更微创、快速、经济,疗效满意。

Objective To explore the surgical fixation method and clinical effect of single bundle tightrope lock belt loop double titanium plate in the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation with single small incision and internal pushing rod technique sleeve tunnel.Methods From April 2017 to May 2020,16 cases of acromioclavicular joint dislocation Rockwood III were treated with general anesthesia,beach chair position,single small incision,single bundle of tightrope locking loop double titanium plate technology,and functional recovery was scored.Results According to the constant Morley shoulder score system,the postoperative curative effect was evaluated.Among 16 cases,14 cases were excellent and 2 cases were good.The excellent and good rate was 93.75%.The clinical effect is satisfactory.Conclusion The single bundle tightrope lock belt loop double titanium plate in the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation through single small incision is more minimally invasive,faster,more economical and satisfactory.
