摘要
废气再循环(EGR)技术是控制发动机及整车排放的重要手段,EGR的均匀分布能有效保证燃烧质量、优化排放。文章对某汽油机进气歧管进气均匀性进行分析,分为空气均匀性分析与废气均匀性分析。根据计算结果对模型进行优化,均匀性得到了显著改善。
Exhaust Gas Recirculation(EGR)is a topical way to decrease the emission of engines and vehicles,and uniform distribution of EGR can effectively ensure combustion quality and optimize emission.The analysis of intake uniformity of intake manifold with EGR can be divided into air uniformity analysis and exhaust gas uniformity analysis.According to the calculation results,the model is optimized and the uniformity is improved effectively.
