摘要
仪表板管梁作为内饰重要组件之一,零部件性能要求格外重要,文章主要从以下几点来阐述仪表板管梁设计方案:重量现状、焊接顺序、工艺方案、性能要求及部分重要零部件结构解析,对仪表板管梁数据进行模态与刚度的CAE分析,并根据CAE分析结果对问题点进行整改再进行CAE分析直至分析结构满足要求,以保证仪表板管梁各支架的性能满足设计要求,使乘客的人身安全得到充分的保障。
As one of the important components of interior decoration,the performance requirements of components are particularly important.The article mainly expounds the design scheme of cross car beam from the following points:weight status,welding sequence,process,performance requirements and some important parts structure analysis,illustrated the cross car beam data modal and stiffness of CAE analysis,and according to the CAE analysis results to rectify and analysis until the analysis structure meet the requirements,in order to make sure the cross car beam illustrated the stent performance meet the design requirements,the safety of passengers is fully guaranteed.
