根据2020—2022年江苏省职业教育质量提升行动计划,建立产业学院是实现校企协同育人的有效途径。在汽车产业学院实训管理中选择采用目视化管理方法,恰当运用看板、红牌、操作流程图等目视化工具能极大提高实训管理的效率,使学生技能和素养迅速得到提升,毕业生得到高端品牌企业的认可,汽车产业学院也成为实训基地管理的新标杆。

According to the action plan of improving the quality of vocational education in Jiangsu province from 2020 to 2022,the establishment of industrial college is an effective way to realize the cooperation of schools and enterprises in educating people.Choosing the visual management method in the practical training management of Automobile Industry College and properly using visual tools such as Kanban,red card and operation flow chart can greatly improve the efficiency of practical training management and enable students to improve their skills and attainments rapidly,graduates get the recognition of high-end brand enterprises,Automotive Industry College has become a training base management of the new benchmark.
