摘要 随着国内纯电动汽车社会保有量逐年增加,相关的交通事故频发。除了传统燃油车常见的交通事故原因,纯电动汽车的车载电池故障、电池管理故障以及气候对电池的影响也会引起交通事故,纯电动汽车交通事故现场事故车辆变形严重、火灾频发、车载电池漏液等情况。为保障事故当事人和执法民警人身安全,需要加强执法民警对纯电动汽车事故现场的认识,制定该类交通事故现场处理的规范指引,并应用新型勘验设备和装置,同时联动其他部门协同处理,以应对未来纯电动汽车交通事故现场处理工作。 With the increasement of domestic battery electric vehicle social ownership year by year,related traffic accidents occur frequently.In addition to the common causes of fuel vehicles traffic accidents,the failure with the battery and battery management system of the battery electric vehicle and the impact of climate on the battery,which will also cause traffic accidents.In order to protect the personal safety of the accident parties and traffic police,it is necessary to strengthen traffic police's understanding of the accident scene of battery electric vehicle,formulate the standard guidelines to deal with this kind of traffic accident scene,and apply new equipment and devices,at the same time the traffic police should cooperate with other departments to solve the traffic accidents of battery electric vehicle in the future.
