摘要
车用电驱动系统从驱动电机、电机控制器、传动装置的分离型式到轻度物理集成再到深度功能集成。电驱动系统逐步向体积小、重量轻、刚度强、成本低、效率高、功率密度高、电磁兼容性好等多重优势方向发展,通过“机−电−磁−热”集成设计满足更高的整车车速和续驶里程,提升NVH指标需求。结合先进材料工艺,各项精细化设计、制造装备水平提升更好地实现电驱动系统集成化设计,主要在高转速多档传动机构(减/变速器)开发、功率密度提升、驱动效率提升、NVH指标及EMC能力等级提升、功能安全提升、平台化模块化设计方面集中发力。
The electric drive system for vehicles has evolved from the separation of drive motors,motor controllers,and transmissions to light physical integration and then deep functional integration.The electric drive system is gradually becoming smaller,lighter,strong,rigid,low-cost,efficient,and powerful.The development of multiple advantages such as high density and good electromagnetic compatibility,through the"mechanical-electrical-magnetic-thermal"integrated design to meet higher vehicle speeds,increase vehicle driving range,and increase NVH index requirements.Combining advanced material technology,various refined designs,and improved manufacturing equipment levels can better realize the integrated design of electric drive systems,mainly focus on the development of high-speed multi-speed transmission mechanism(reduction/transmission),power density improvement,drive efficiency improvement,NVH index and EMC capability level improvement,functional safety improvement,and platform modular design.
