This paper focuses on the city park construction under the concept of sponge city,discusses how to use the concept of sponge city to optimize the rainwater management system of city park and collect and utilize natural water resources,and provides reference examples for the sustainability and ecology of modern city park construction.The concept of sponge city is the Chinese expression of urban rainwater management concept in international environment,which has far-reaching significance for the sustainable development of human society and living environment.
