娄彻氏链霉菌与噻唑膦复配对南方根结线虫的防治效果 被引量:1

摘要 为了更有效地防治南方根结线虫(Meloidogyne incognita),减少化学农药的用量,增强生物防治的稳定性,延缓根结线虫对噻唑膦抗性的产生,本试验以南方根结线虫的二龄幼虫为靶标,测定娄彻氏链霉菌(Streptomyces rochei)ZZ-9发酵滤液与噻唑膦以不同比例复配后的杀线活性。结果表明,娄彻氏链霉菌活菌液与发酵滤液均具有一定的杀线活性;娄彻氏链霉菌ZZ-9发酵滤液对噻唑膦具有明显的增效作用,发酵滤液与噻唑膦溶液(1.0μg·mL^(-1))等体积复配时,处理48 h后南方根结线虫二龄幼虫的校正死亡率为72.64%,能够达到噻唑膦的杀线效果。 In order to provide better control measures for Meloidogyne incognita,reduce the dosage of chemical pesticides,enhance the stability of biological control,and delay the generation of Meloidogyne incognita resistance to thiazole phosphine,this study took M.incognita second-stage juveniles(J2s)as target and determined the nematicidal activity of Streptomyces rochei ZZ-9 fermentation filtrate mixed with Fosthiazate by different proportions.The results showed that both Streptomyces rochei bacteria liquid and fermentation filtrate had certain nematicidal activity.Streptomyces rochei ZZ-9 fermentation filtrate could significantly strengthen the nematicidal effect of Fosthiazate.When the fermentation filtrate was mixed with Fosthiazate solution(1.0μg·mL^(-1))in constant volume complex,48 hours after of treatment,J2s corrected mortality was 72.64%,the nematicidal effect of Fosthiazate solution could be achieved.
