摘要
为了从中国传统文化价值观和情感因素的双重视角给景区有效引导游客环境责任行为提供科学依据,对258个有效样本进行了分析。结合价值观理论和认知—情绪系统理论,构建了道家价值观、环境情感、景区环境质量和游客环境责任行为的关系模型。研究结果表明:道家价值观正向影响游客环境责任行为;环境情感在道家价值观与游客环境责任行为之间起部分中介作用;景区环境质量正向调节积极环境情感与游客环境责任行为之间的关系。
In order to provide a scientific basis for scenic spots to effectively guide tourists'environmental responsibility behavior from the dual perspectives of Chinese traditional cultural values and emotional factors,258 valid samples were analyzed.Based on values theory and cognitive-emotional system theory,the relationship model of Taoist values,environmental emotions,environmental quality of scenic spots and tourists'environmental responsibility behavior was constructed.The results showed that Taoist values positively affect tourists'environmental responsibility behavior.Environmental emotion played a partial mediating role between Taoist values and tourists'environmental responsibility behavior.Scenic spot environmental quality positively moderated the relationship between positive environmental emotion and tourists'environmental responsibility behavior.
