摘要
为提高缺陷检测时相控阵超声扇扫成像的质量,分析了影响成像质量的因素,研究了焦距、偏转角度及孔径对成像质量的影响,采用控制变量法进行了试验验证并分析了试验结果。研究结果对优化相控阵超声扇形扫描参数设置,提高成像质量具有参考意义。
In order to improve the quality of phased array ultrasonic sector scan imaging in defect detection, the factors affecting the imaging quality are analyzed, and the effects of focal length, deflection angle and aperture on the imaging quality are studied. The control variable method is used for experimental verification, and the experimental results are analyzed. The research results are of reference significance for optimizing the parameter setting of phased array ultrasonic sector scanning and improve the imaging quality.
