摘要
从直接驱动、空间溢出双重视角分析区域一体化对城市土地利用效率的影响,为深入一体化战略推进与城市土地高效利用提供决策参考。基于2003-2019年中国285个地级市数据,本文运用倾向得分匹配双重差分和空间计量模型对区域一体化对城市土地利用效率的直接驱动效应和空间溢出效应进行实证。研究结果表明,城市土地利用效率提升是区域一体化直接驱动效应、空间溢出效应共同作用的结果,且这一提升效果表现出随时间推移递增的特征。同时,区域一体化对城市土地利用效率所具有的正向空间溢出效应更多体现在一体化城市和非一体化城市之间。此外,区域一体化对城市土地利用效率的双重效应基于区位不同而呈现出异质性。研究结论:在推动城市土地高效利用的过程中,既要深入实施区域一体化战略来加快土地利用模式转型,又要注重区域之间的空间溢出。
The study analyzed the impact of regional integration on urban land use efficiency from the dual-perspectives of strategy-driven and spatial-spillover,so as to provide decision-making reference for further integration strategy and efficient urban land use.Based on the data of 285 prefecture level cities in China from 2003 to 2019,this paper made an empirical study on the direct-driving effect and spatial-spillover effect of regional integration on urban land use efficiency by using Difference-in-Differences on the basis of propensity score matching and spatial econometric model.The results showed that the improvement of urban land use efficiency was affected by the strategy-driving effect and spatial-spillover effect of regional integration,and this effect increased with time.In addition,such positive spillover effect of regional integration on urban land use efficiency was more reflected between integrated cities and non-integrated cities.In addition,the dual effects of regional integration on urban land use efficiency show heterogeneity based on different location.In the process of promoting the efficient use of urban land,we should implement regional integration strategy to accelerate the transformation of land use pattern,as well as pay attention to the spatial-spillover between regions.
