聚焦超声仪对外阴上皮内非瘤样病变的疗效与护理

Clinical curative effects of focusing ultrasonic instrument in treatment of non-neoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva

目的分析聚焦超声仪对于外阴上皮内非瘤样病变(non-neoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva,NNEDV)的临床疗效,探讨相应护理方法。方法选取收治的NNEDV患者98例,在双盲法下,将所选患者随机分为A、B组,每组49例,分别采用聚焦超声仪和微波治疗仪予以治疗,评价2组患者的治疗有效率、焦虑抑郁情况及不良反应发生率情况。结果A组有效率(97.96%)明显高于B组(81.63%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相较于B组干预后的焦虑抑郁评分而言,A组干预后的各评分均降低(P<0.05)。A组干预后的不良反应发生率略低于B组但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在治疗NNEDV过程中应用聚焦超声仪,可有效地提高临床治疗效率,改善患者心理状况,降低不良反应的发生,安全性高,应加大在临床应用中的推广力度。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effects of focusing ultrasonic instrument in treatment of non-neoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva(NNEDV),and to explore the corresponding nursing methods.Methods A total of 98 patients with NNEDV who were treated in our hospital were enrolled in the study,who were divided into two groups according to double-blind method,with 49 cases in each group.The patients in group A were treated by focusing ultrasonic instrument,however,the patients in group B were treated by micrewave treatment instrument.The effective rate,anxiety and depression status of patients as well as the incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate in group A was 97.96%,which was significantly higher than that(81.63%)in group B(P<0.05).Compared with those in group B,the scores of anxiety and depression in group A were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Moreover the incidence of adverse reactions in group A was slightly lower than that in group B,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of focusing ultrasonic instrument in treatment of NNEDV can effectively improve the curative effects,improve the psychological status of patients,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,with higher safety,therefor,it is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
