摘要
炼厂干气不论是作为燃料气还是化工原料,都需要脱除其中的酸性组分,其主要目的是脱除H_(2)S。本文以某小型加氢精制装置的干气脱硫单元为例,以吸收过程动态平衡为理论依据,通过合理的建模和试算,深入分析各因素对脱硫效果的影响。
Whether used as fuel gas or chemical raw material, refinery dry gas needsto remove acidic components, and its main purpose is to remove H_(2)S.This paper takes the dry gas desulfurization unit of a small hydrorefiningunit as an example, takes the dynamic balance of the absorption processas the theoretical basis, and analyzes the influence of various factors onthe desulfurization effect through reasonable modeling and trialcalculations.
