摘要
火炬管道的应力补偿形式及坡度设计方式,对全厂管廊设计的合理性,以及项目投资等具有重要影响。本文结合规范要求和工程实例,探讨、比较火炬管系自然补偿和金属波纹膨胀节补偿两种形式,并介绍管道坡度的实现方式.
The stress compensation form and slope design method of the flare pipingare of great significance to the rationality of the design of the pipe rack ofthe whole plant and the investment of the project. This paper combinesthe requirements of the specification and engineering examples to discussand compare the methods of natural compensation of the flare pipingsystem and the compensation of metal corrugated expansion joints, andintroduce the realization of the pipeline slope.
