石油化工装置控制室安全设计浅析

Analysis on Safety Design of Control Room of Petrochemical Plant

随着石油化工装置自动化程度逐渐提高,对装置生产的全过程实时监控大都依靠远程控制系统实现,操作室作为装置控制中枢和人员聚集场所,其安全运行对石油化工装置的整体性安全尤为重要。本文对现行有关石油化工装置中控制室的规范条文进行研读探讨,重点分析控制室的位置选择和抗爆设置的特点,并结合工程经验提出一些合理化建议,为控制室安全设计提供参考。

With the gradual increase in automation level of petrochemical plants, thereal-time monitoring of the entire process of plant production is mostlyachieved by remote control systems. As the control center of the plant andthe gathering place for personnel, the safe operation of the operating roomis particularly important to the overall safety of the petrochemical plant.This paper studies and discusses the current standard items of controlrooms in petrochemical plants, focusing on the analysis of the locationselection of the control room and the characteristics of anti-explosionsettings, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions based onengineering experience, which provides a reference for the safety designof the control room.
