摘要
硬脂酸盐作为PVC钙锌热稳定剂的主要成分,不同厂家的原料会对合成硬脂酸盐的质量产生较大的影响,最终影响钙锌热稳定剂的性能。通过试验发现,不同厂家的氢氧化钙和氧化锌与同样的硬脂酸反应,最终合成的硬脂酸钙和硬脂酸锌无论从外观还是产品性能方面差别都很大。奥锌和马钙产品性能优异,用于钙锌稳定剂效果最好。
Stearate as the main component of PVC calcium and zinc heat stabilizer,raw materials from different manufacturers will have a great influence on the quality of stearate synthesis,and finally affect the performance of calcium zinc heat stabilizer.It is found that calcium hydroxide and zinc oxide from different manufacturers react with the same stearic acid,and the final product synthesis of calcium stearate and zinc stearate is very different in appearance and performance.Ao-zinc and Ma-calcium have excellent properties and are best used as calcium and zinc stabilizers.
