硬脂酸盐作为PVC钙锌热稳定剂的主要成分,不同厂家的原料会对合成硬脂酸盐的质量产生较大的影响,最终影响钙锌热稳定剂的性能。通过试验发现,不同厂家的氢氧化钙和氧化锌与同样的硬脂酸反应,最终合成的硬脂酸钙和硬脂酸锌无论从外观还是产品性能方面差别都很大。奥锌和马钙产品性能优异,用于钙锌稳定剂效果最好。
