摘要 研究了氯化聚乙烯(CPE)对丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)的阻燃和力学性能的影响,并对其阻燃机理进行了探讨。结果显示:随着CPE用量的增加,阻燃ABS的冲击强度逐渐升高,但是作为第二阻燃剂的CPE的用量,要针对ABS阻燃材料的色差和力学性能的影响进行综合考虑,CPE用量一般在8~15份之间。还对不同氯含量的CPE对阻燃ABS性能的影响进行了初步探讨。 The effects of chlorinated polyethylene(CPE)on the flame retardancy and mechanical properties of Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene(ABS)were studied,and the flame retardancy mechanism was discussed.The results show that,with the increase of CPE content,the impact strength of the flame retardant ABS increases gradually,but the amount of CPE as the second flame retardant,generally between 8 and 15 phr,should be considered comprehensively based upon the influence of color difference and mechanical properties of ABS flame retardant materials.The effect of CPE with different chlorine contents on the performance of the flame retardant ABS was also preliminarily discussed.
