摘要
[目的]探索氧弹量热计量法在寻找金骏眉最适种植条件的应用。[方法]应用氧弹量热计量法测定3种不同产地的金骏眉茶叶,对比其燃烧热值大小,确定不同种植环境是否对金骏眉燃烧热值有影响。[结果]3种不同产地金骏眉的燃烧热值各不相同,数值之间相差较大,说明不同种植环境条件对茶叶的品质有影响。[结论]燃烧热值是植物生长状况的一个重要指标,不同的种植环境对茶叶品质有影响,应用氧弹量热计量法测定的燃烧热值可以作为茶叶品质的参考数据,有助于寻找更适合金骏眉茶树生长的环境条件,以种植出更好品质的金骏眉茶叶。
[Objective] The aim was to explore the application of oxygen bomb calorimetry in finding the most suitable planting conditions of Jinjunmei tea. [Method] The combustion calorific value of Jinjunmei tea from three different producing areas was determined by oxygen bomb calorimetry,and the combustion calorific value of Jinjunmei tea was compared to determine whether the combustion calorific value of Jinjunmei tea was affected by different planting environment. [Result] The combustion heat values of the three different regions were different. The result showed that different planting environmental conditions had an impact on the quality of tea. [Conclusion] Burning thermal value was an important indicator of plant growth. Different planting environment affected the quality of tea,which was measured by oxygen bomb caloratometry heat value could be used as a reference data of tea quality,which would help to find more suitable for the growth of Jinjunmei tea conditions.
