摘要
[目的]探索实现小麦的经济效益和环境效益的双优的最佳水肥运筹模式。[方法]以商麦188为研究对象,设置不同的水分-有机肥处理,研究其对麦田微生物多样性和土壤酶活性的影响。[结论]在充分供水条件下,施用有机肥可提高土壤中蔗糖酶、纤维素酶、过氧化氢酶和碱性磷酸酶活性及土壤微生物多样性,尤其在作物需肥和需水的关键时期表现更为显著。
[Objective] To explore the best water and fertilizer operation research mode to realize the economic and environmental benefits of wheat. [Results] Taking Shangmai188 as the research object,the effects of different water organic fertilizer treatments on microbial diversity and soil enzyme activity in wheat field were studied. [Conclusion] Under the condition of sufficient water supply,the application of organic fertilizer could improve the activities of sucrase,cellulase,catalase and alkaline phosphatase in soil and soil microbial diversity,especially in the key period of crop fertilizer and water demand.
