摘要
针对螺杆转子盘铣刀加工过程中的铣削力预测问题,提出了瞬时铣削微元的盘铣刀铣削力预测方法。首先,根据实际加工工况分析螺杆转子铣削过程,建立盘铣刀和工件的坐标系,在此基础上建立稳定切削位置的微元铣削力模型,该模型由盘铣刀刀刃微元切削弧长、微元切削宽度和瞬时切削厚度组成;其次,结合瞬时铣削力系数和平均铣削力系数辨识方法提出了基于瞬时切削微元和加工参数的铣削力系数辨识方法;最后,通过辨识实验求解出铣削力系数并进行实验结果对比分析。实验结果表明,铣削力预测模型及系数辨识方法可对螺杆转子盘铣刀铣削力进行准确预测,进而为螺杆转子加工参数的优化提供了理论依据。
Aiming at the problem of milling force prediction in the machining process of screw rotor disk milling cutter,a milling force prediction method based on instantaneous milling micro element is proposed.Firstly,the milling process of screw rotor is analyzed according to the actual machining conditions,and the coordinate system of the disc cutter and the workpiece is established.On this basis,the micro element milling force model with stable cutting position is established,which is composed of micro element cutting arc length,micro element cutting width and instantaneous cutting thickness of the disc cutter edge.Secondly,combined with the identification method of instantaneous milling force coefficient and average milling force coefficient,the identification method of milling force coefficient based on instantaneous cutting micro element and machining parameters is proposed.Finally,the milling force coefficient is obtained through the identification experiment,and the experimental results are compared and analyzed.The experimental results show that the milling force prediction model and coefficient identification method can accurately predict the milling force of the screw rotor disk milling cutter,and provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of the processing parameters of the screw rotor.
