Zeng Yangfeng and the Training Classes of Chuankang District Salt Administration Office

抗日战争时期,负责川康区(四川省和西康省)食盐生产、收购、销售与核价的川康盐务管理局在全国诸多的盐务管理局中地位尤其突出。从1942年到1943年,川康盐务管理局一共举办了三期盐务人员训练班,实际上负责班务的是时任川康盐务管理局局长曾仰丰。曾仰丰一贯重视培训工作,将职员品德作为培养的关键,制定“勤”“慎”“廉”“明”四个字作为班训,另外他还重视人事制度和体育。

During the War of Resistance Against Japan,the Chuankang District Salt Administration Office was responsible for the production,purchase,sales and pricing of salt in Chuankang District,which was particularly prominent among many salt administrations.From 1942 to 1943,Chuankang Salt Administration Office held three training courses.In fact,Zeng Yangfeng,the director of the Chuankang District Salt Administration Office at that time,was in charge of class affairs.Zeng Yangfeng has always attached great importance to the training work,taking the staff's moral character as the key to the training,formulating the four words"diligence""caution""honesty"and"Brightness"as the class motto,and paying attention to the personnel system and sports.
