自贡是因盐而兴、由盐设市的千年盐都,自贡盐文化是自贡城市文化之魂。本文以“互动论”为主要理论依据,阐明自贡盐文化在思想政治教育中的作用是帮助人们树立正确的价值观、培养社会责任感、坚定理想信念、提高科学文化素质、提升经营管理水平、培养热爱家乡的理念和提高文化自信,分析自贡盐文化在思想政治教育中发挥作用的难点,探讨了在思想政治教育中充分发挥自贡盐文化积极作用的对策。

The millenary salt capital Zigong is flourished because of salt and was established as a city by salt.The salt culture is the soul of Zigong.This article uses"interaction theory"as the main theoretical basis to clarify the role of salt culture of Zigong in ideological and political education:establish correct values,cultivate a sense of social responsibility,firm ideals and beliefs,improve scientific and cultural quality,improve management,and cultivate love for hometown and improve cultural self-confidence.The paper analyzed the difficulty of the role of salt culture in ideological and political education and explored the countermeasures to give full play to the positive role of salt culture in ideological and political education.
