摘要 场发射扫描电子显微镜是材料领域不可或缺的重要大型精密仪器,在教学科研中有着重要的支撑作用。以四川大学化学工程学院为例,分析了扫描电镜利用率低下的原因,分别从开放共享制度和仪器管理方法上总结了学院近年来对扫描电镜在开放共享和管理上的实践,并提出专人专岗管理与分层次开放并行措施,取得了良好的效果。 Field emission scanning electron microscope is an indispensable large-scale precision instrument in the field of materials,which plays an important supporting role in teaching and scientific research.Taking the school of chemical engineering of Sichuan University as an example,this paper analyzes the reasons for the low utilization rate of scanning electron microscope,and summarizes the practice of opening sharing and management of scanning electron microscope in recent years from the aspects of open sharing system and instrument management methods.The parallel measures of special post management and hierarchical opening are put forward,which has achieved good results.
