摘要
换热器是一种热能传递的装置,实现不同流体间的热交换,广泛应用于工业生产中。在目前,管壳式换热器应用最为广泛。作为新型的管壳式换热器,纵流壳程换热器具有广阔的应用前途。而在纵流壳程换热器中,折流杆换热器以折流栅取代了传统的折流板,使壳程流体纵向流动,其抗振性能和传热性能十分优越。文章对纵流壳程式折流杆换热器研究情况进行梳理,总结和归纳出折流杆换热器的特点和局限性,同时对其技术进行了技术展望。
A heat exchanger is a device for the transfer of heat energy to achieve the exchange of heat between different fluids and is widely used in industrial production.At present,shell and tube heat exchangers are the most widely used.As a new type of shell and tube heat exchanger,the longitudinal shell and tube heat exchanger has a broad market future.In the longitudinal shell and tube heat exchanger,the folding rod heat exchanger replaces the traditional folding plate with a folding grille,which enables the shell fluid to flow longitudinally and its vibration resistance and heat transfer performance is very superior.The article on the longitudinal shell process bending rod heat exchanger research progress,summarizing the characteristics and limitations of the bending rod heat exchanger,while beginning the technology of its technical outlook.
