多变指数对压缩机能效的影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 压缩机是广泛应用于天然气生产过程的核心设备,伴随着气田天然气不断开采、气田常量和压力逐渐降低,压缩机机组日益成为气田生产最值得关注的重点能耗设备。电驱压缩机作为气田生产系统的主要耗能设备,其电能消耗量甚至超过整个气田生产系统电能消耗的一半。天然气压缩机多变指数反映着压缩机能耗的经济性。而多变指数与天然气压缩机的气体组分、压缩比、进出口温度都有关。文章在压缩机气质组分一定的条件下,分别分析压缩机排气温度和排气压力对压缩过程多变指数以及对压缩机效率的影响。结果表明,在其他条件不变时,多变指数随着排气温度的升高而增加,随着排气压力的降低而增加,压缩机效率随着多变指数的增加而降低。 The compressor is the core equipment widely used in the production process of natural gas,with the continuous exploitation of natural gas in gas fields and the gradual reduction of gas f ield constants and pressures,compressor units have increasingly become the most important energy-consuming equipment for gas field production.As the main energy-consuming equipment of the gas field production system,the electric drive compressor consumes more than half of the electricity consumption of the entire gas field production system.The polytropic exponent of natural gas compressors reflects the economics of compressor energy consumption.The polytropic exponent is related to the gas composition,compression ratio,and inlet and outlet temperatures of natural gas compressors.This paper analyzes the influence of compressor discharge temperature and discharge pressure on the polytropic exponent of the compression process and the compressor eff iciency under certain conditions of compressor gas quality.The results show that when other conditions remain unchanged,the polytropic exponent increases as the exhaust temperature increases,increases as the exhaust pressure decreases,and the compressor eff iciency decreases as the polytropic exponent increases.
