摘要
根据国内外微生物发酵技术的研究现状,相关团队对微生物发酵工艺进行了综合研究。微生物发酵已广泛应用于相关工程领域。发酵产物的影响因素包括培养基组分中碳源、氮源、无机盐、微量元素等的作用,以及发酵条件如温度、pH值、溶氧、接种量等对发酵结果的影响。文章详细分析了微生物发酵过程的优化方法及国内外研究进展,指出优化微生物发酵工艺可以有效提高微生物发酵的生产效率和经济效益,促进工业应用。
According to the research status of microbial fermentation technology at home and abroad,relevant teams conducted a comprehensive study on microbial fermentation technology.Microbial fermentation has been widely used in related engineering f ields.The influencing factors of fermentation products include the effects of carbon source,nitrogen source,inorganic salt and trace elements in the medium components,as well as the effects of fermentation conditions such as temperature,pH value,dissolved oxygen and inoculation amount on the fermentation results.The optimization methods of microbial fermentation process and the research progress at home and abroad were analyzed in detail.It is pointed out that optimizing microbial fermentation process can effectively improve the production eff iciency and economic benef its of microbial fermentation and promote industrial application.
