油田水平钻井技术研究

摘要 无论国内外,在水平井的设计上,皆需要精准的地质模型才能逐步规划出合理的井程,水平钻井的井程设计问题相较于定向井,多了第2处起斜点的设计与更大的井斜角度,起斜点位置需要避免在容易产生破碎的页岩层,通过查阅国内外技术文献得知井斜角度与所经过的地层条件息息相关,地层越破碎及强度越低,则越不适合以高角度穿越,特别在水平井有第2起斜点及高增角率的设计,需要避开地层破碎带与容易漏泥的区域。文章对油田水平钻井技术进行了分析。 Regardless of domestic or foreign countries,the accurate geological models are required to gradually plan reasonable well schedules in the design of horizontal wells.Compared with directional wells,the design problems of horizontal well schedules have a second inclination point.Design and larger inclination angle,the position of the inclination point needs to avoid the shale layer that is easy to be broken.By consulting domestic and foreign technical documents,it is known that the inclination angle is closely related to the strata conditions passed.The more broken the strata,the lower the strength.The more unsuitable it is to cross at a high angle,especially in horizontal wells with a second starting point and high angle increase design,it is necessary to avoid stratum fracture zones and areas that are prone to mud leakage.This study analyzes oilf ield horizontal drilling technology.
