Library Marketing and Services in the Age of Micro Media

本文对微媒体时代的概念及特征进行阐述,通过实证研究和文献调研的方法对高校图书馆微博、微信的使用情况进行分析,运用相关分析方法分析关注数、粉丝数、微博数间的密切程度。并在文章的最后提出合理利用微博、微信发展图书馆服务的建议。

This paper expounds the concept and characteristics in the age of micro media, analyzes the usage of Micro-blog and We Chat in university library through empirical research and literature research, and uses correlation analysis method to analyze the closer degree between numbers of concerns, fans, and microbloggings. At the end of the paper,the authors put forward some suggestions on how to make use of Micro-blog and We Chat to develop library services.
