摘要
采用声发射检测技术可以对储罐服役现状进行评级,指导检修工作。为了研究声发射技术对评价含油泥原油储罐底板腐蚀状况的适用性,开展含油泥的原油储罐线上检测,清罐处理之后检测漏磁,对比检测所用两种技术以及结果,分析声发射技术在线检测的可行性和适应性。结果发现:声发射检测技术能够有效获取原油储罐底板腐蚀的定性评价结果,其事件定位统计图与储罐底板腐蚀程度相关程度较高,而声发射检测的事件撞击数统计图与储罐底板腐蚀程度相关程度较低。
Acoustic emission detection technology can be used to grade the service status of storage tanks and guide maintenance work.The applicability of acoustic emission technology to evaluate the corrosion of the bottom plate of muddy crude oil storage tank was studied. First, on-line detection for crude oil storage tank containing oil sludge is carried out, and then detect magnetic flux leakage after the crude oil storage tank is cleaned. The applicability of acoustic emission on-line detection technology was verified by comparing the detection results of acoustic emission technology and flux leakage testing technology. The detection result shows that the acoustic emission detection technology can effectively obtain the qualitative evaluation of the corrosion of the bottom plate of crude oil storage tank.The event location statistics has a high correlation with the corrosion degree of the bottom plate of storage tank, while the event impact number statistics of acoustic emission detection has a low correlation with the corrosion degree of the bottom plate of storage tank.
