摘要 由于石化装置工艺复杂,容器内部承载的介质往往具备高温,高压、含腐蚀性高等一系列特点,因此,对容器的定期腐蚀检测对于保障其结构健康安全运行具有十分重要的意义。磁致伸缩效应超声导波技术是一种近年来新兴的腐蚀检测手段,可实现在设备不停机工况下快速对整体腐蚀情况进行扫查,研究采用美国西南研究院第5代磁致伸缩超声导波检测设备,通过现场检测的应用,论证了磁致伸缩超声导波对于石化金属容器检测的可行性与适用性。 Due to the complex process of petrochemical plant, the medium in the container often has the characteristics of high temperature, high pressure and high corrosivity. Therefore, regular corrosion detection of containers is of great significance to ensure their safe operation. Magnetostrictive effect ultrasonic guided wave technology is a new corrosion detection method in recent years, which can quickly scan the overall corrosion of equipment under operating conditions. Using the 5 th generation magnetostrictive ultrasonic guided wave testing equipment of Southwest Research Institute of The United States, the feasibility and applicability of magnetostrictive ultrasonic guided wave for corrosion detection of petrochemical metal containers are demonstrated through field testing.
