摘要
为满足油藏开发需求,渤海某油田需进行水平位移超过3 000 m的大位移井钻井作业。该井面临着稳斜段长、井斜大、井眼清洁困难、下套管摩阻大等诸多挑战,通过多种技术的应用,成功实施了浅层大位移井X35井。该井完钻井深3 672 m,垂深1 397 m,最大井斜78°,水平位移3 125 m。形成了适合该油田的大位移井钻井作业技术体系,为该油田后续进行同类型井作业提供借鉴。
In order to meet the needs of reservoir development, a extended reach well with a horizontal displacement of more than 3 000 m needs to be drilled in an oilfield in Bohai Sea. Drilling is faced with many challenges, such as long deviation stabilizing section, large deviation, difficult hole cleaning, large casing friction and so on. Through the application of various technologies, the shallow extended reach well X35 has been successfully drilled. The completed drilling depth of the well is 3 672 m, the vertical depth is 1 397 m, the maximum well deviation is 78°, and the horizontal displacement is 3 125 m. A extended reach well drilling technology system suitable for the oilfield is formed, which provides a reference for the subsequent drilling of the same type of wells in the oilfield.
