摘要
打捞多层砾石充填防砂管柱是一项高风险的复杂修井作业,如何能够安全高效的完成打捞防砂管柱施工是提高作业时效、控制作业周期及作业成本的关键。通过对WC19-1-A13井砾石充填防砂管柱打捞难点进行分析,选择分段切割打捞工艺,将切割工艺进行对比,优选出小尺寸水力割刀切割工艺。对该井分段切割防砂管柱过程中遇到的问题进行分析,总结归纳小尺寸水力内割刀在使用过程中的技术要点,为以后相同类型的砾石充填防砂管柱分段切割、打捞作业提供一定的参考和借鉴。
Fishing multi-layer gravel packed sand control string is a high-risk complex workover operation. How to safely and efficiently complete the fishing of the sand control string is the key to improve the operation efficiency, control the operation cycle and operation cost. By analyzing the fishing difficulties of gravel packed sand control string in well WC19-1-A13, the segmented cutting and fishing process is selected, and the small-size hydraulic cutter cutting process is selected by comparing cutting processes. The problems encountered in the segmented cutting of sand control string in this well are analyzed, and the technical points of small-size hydraulic internal cutter in use are summarized, so as to provide some reference for the segmented cutting and fishing of the same type of gravel packed sand control string in the future.
