摘要
为了更好地开展地方本科院校“双能型”人才培养,从观念、制度和文化等各个层面创新内部体制机制建设,增强“双能型”人才融入社会的服务能力和影响力。汇集资源、市场引导、修订人才培养方案、打造“双能型”师资队伍、形成“双能型”育人环境、构建“双能型”人才评价机制,能够推动地方本科院校人才培养模式和指导创新。
In order to better train the“dual-ability”talents in the local universities,the paper discusses ways to innovate the internal institutional mechanism from the aspects of concept,system and culture and improve the serviceability and influential power for such talents to integrate into the society and holds that the innovation of talent training mode and guidance could be promoted through pooling the resources,guiding the market,revising the talent training plan,building the“dual-ability”teaching staff,forming the“dual-ability”educational environment and constructing the“dual-ability”talent evaluation mechanism.
