摘要
设计了一种基于双向DC/DC的数控直流不间断电源。以主电路为基础,分别建立了电源的Boost模式和Buck模式的小信号模型,得到了电源的开环增益幅频特性曲线和相频特性曲线,然后再以电源的开环频率特性为依据设计了电源的PI补偿器。经过实验测试,该电源能够实现稳定输出,具有同步整流功能,满载效率达到90%以上,能够在电网断电时为负载提供不间断供电,达到了预期设计目标。
A numerical control direct current uninterruptible power supply based on bidirectional DC/DC is designed.Based on the main circuit,the small signal models of the Boost mode and the Buck mode of the power supply are established respectively,and the open-loop gain amplitude-frequency characteristic curve and phase-frequency characteristic curve of the power supply are obtained,and then based on the open-loop frequency characteristic of the power supply,the PI compensator of the power supply is designed.The test results show that the power supply can achieve stable output,has synchronous rectification function,the full load efficiency reaches more than 90%,and can provide uninterrupted power supply for the load when the power grid is powered off,which has achieved the expected design goal.
