摘要
对机械加工行业的乳化液废水采取盐析破乳+芬顿氧化法进行处理,研究了破乳剂种类及投加量、破乳温度和破乳时间对破乳效果的影响,再通过单因素试验探究了原水pH值、H_(2)O_(2)与FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O投加摩尔比、H_(2)O_(2)投加量、反应温度与反应时间对废水化学需氧量(COD)去除率的影响,通过单因素和正交试验确定最佳处理工艺组合,结果表明:当废乳化液的原水pH=3,n(H_(2)O_(2)):n(Fe^(2+))=3:1,H_(2)O_(2)投加量为26 mL/L,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为90min时,废乳化液的COD去除率最高可达69.12%。
This paper adopted salt demulsification+Fenton oxidation method to treat the emulsion wastewater in the mechanical processing industry,and studied the effects of the types and dosages of demulsifiers,demulsification temperature and demulsification time on the demulsification effect.Then,the effects of raw water pH,molar ratio of H_(2)O_(2) to FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O,H_(2)O_(2) dosage,reaction temperature and reaction time on the removal rate of wastewater chemical oxygen demand(COD)were investigated through single factor test.The optimal treatment process combination was determined through single factor and orthogonal test.The results show that when the raw water pH of waste emulsion was 3,n(H_(2)O_(2)):n(Fe^(2+))=3:1,and the H_(2)O_(2) dosage was 26 ml/L,the reaction temperature is 60℃and the reaction time is 90 min,the COD removal rate of waste emulsion can be as high as 69.12%.
