美国教师数据素养教育及对我国中小学教师数据素养培训的启示 被引量:3

摘要 大数据时代背景下,教育工作者需要使用各种各样的学生数据来设计他们所教授的课程,为他们所做的教学决定提供参考。美国在教师数据素养教育中走在了世界的前列,积累了很多成功的经验。本文通过查阅相关文献,梳理了美国教师数据素养的理论框架,研究了美国为发展教师数据素养制定的相关政策、保障措施、培训策略。针对我国中小学教师数据素养发展的现状,借鉴美国的成功经验,提出适合我国中小学教师数据素养发展的相关策略,以期丰富我国教师数据素养的理论研究,为发展我国中小学教师数据素养培训提供参考和借鉴。
