摘要
市政基础设施的地下化一定程度上缓解了城市发展过程中的一些问题(如交通拥堵、环境恶化、马路反复开挖等),但随着城市开发体量、密度的不断增大,对市政基础设施的供给提出了更高的要求,特别是城市核心区,其土地资源紧缺,如何集约化布置市政基础设施已成为摆在眼前的问题。文章从城市核心区地下道路与综合管廊的建设需求与建设条件出发,探讨二者集约化共建的可行性与必要性,并从空间关系上提出了二者存在竖向共建和水平共建两种模式,通过对两种模式下二者功能特点的分析,提出了不同模式的工程适用性。研究成果可为建设单位、设计单位等在前期方案阶段提供决策指导。
The underground municipal infrastructure alleviates some problems in the process of urban development to a certain extent(such as traffic congestion,environmental deterioration,repeated road excavation,etc.),but with the continuous increase of urban development volume and density,higher requirements are put forward for the supply of municipal infrastructure,especially in the urban core area,where land resources are in short supply.How to intensively arrange municipal infrastructure has become an immediate problem.Starting from the construction requirements and conditions of underground roads and comprehensive pipe corridors in the core area of the city,this paper discusses the feasibility and necessity of intensively joint construction,and puts forward two modes of vertical and horizontal joint constructions from the spatial relationship.Through the analysis of the functional characteristics of underground roads and comprehensive pipe corridors under the two modes,this paper puts forward the engineering applicability of different modes.The research results can provide decision-making guidance for construction units and design units in the early scheme stage.
