摘要
当前班级文化存在着建构主体单一,内容缺乏群体深度认同等一系列不足。教育共同体视域下的班级文化建构呼唤多元的主体参与、统一明确的教育愿景及多样化的实施路径的等,遵循开放、包容与发展的价值理念导向。把握基本特征和价值理念导向,对处理好班级文化建构中的变与不变助益匪浅。
At present, class culture has a series of deficiencies such as single construction subject and lack of group identification. The construction of class culture from the perspective of educational community shows the basic characteristics of calling for diversified subject participation, unified and clear educational vision and diversified implementation paths, and follows the value concept orientation of openness, tolerance and development. Grasping the basic characteristics and value orientation is helpful to deal with the changes and invariable in the construction of class culture.
