摘要
采用绝缘子作为微波组件产品馈电方式一直得到大量使用。然而该类型产品一直存在测试效率不高的问题。为此对该问题进行了详细研究分析,并提出了一种X、Y、Z方向均可调节的、高测试效率的绝缘子馈电产品通用测试夹具,解决了目前采用焊接导线连接绝缘子测试效率低,传统测试夹具通用性差的问题,对测试效率有了显著提升作用。
Insulators have been widely used as feeders for microwave components. However, the test efficiency of this type of products is not high. Therefore, this paper studies and analyzes this problem in detail, and puts forward a general test fixture for insulator feed products with adjustable x, y and Z directions and high test efficiency, which solves the problems of low test efficiency and poor universality of traditional test fixtures connected with welded conductors, and significantly improves the test efficiency.
