摘要
目的分析孕妇对盆底功能障碍(PFD)的认知、态度及其影响因素。方法采用妊娠期妇女PFD知识、态度调查问卷调查331名孕妇对PFD的认知及态度,并比较不同社会学人口孕妇的知识、态度得分。采用多元线性回归分析孕妇对PFD知识、态度的影响因素。结果331名孕妇PFD知识得分为(41.07±12.91)分,对PFD知识的掌握水平高、中、低比率分别为4.83%、23.56%和71.60%;孕妇PFD知识获取率较低(48.94%),获取知识的来源主要为手机/电脑和产科医务人员;态度得分为(28.79±6.16)分,对PFD的重视程度高、中、低比率分别为14.50%、49.24%和36.25%。不同受教育程度、孕周及是否接受过PFD宣教的孕妇之间,知识得分差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);不同孕周、胎数和是否接受过PFD宣教的孕妇之间,态度得分差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。受教育程度为本科及以上、孕≥28周和接受过PFD宣教为知识得分的影响因素(均P<0.05);知识得分和多胎妊娠为态度得分的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论孕妇对PFD较为重视,但是认知水平较低,应进一步完善孕期服务内容、规范服务流程,改善孕妇对PFD的认识和态度。
Objective To analyze pregnant women′s cognition and attitude regarding pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD)and their influencing factors.Methods A survey on the cognition and attitude regarding PFD was conducted among 331 pregnant women using the pregnant women′s knowledge and attitude questionnaire for PFD.In addition,the scores for knowledge and attitude were compared between pregnant women in different sociological populations.Multiple linear regression analysis was applied to study the factors influencing pregnant women′s knowledge and attitude towards PFD.Results Among the 331 pregnant women,the score for PFD knowledge was 41.07±12.91,and the proportions of those mastering high,medium and low levels of PFD knowledge were 4.83%,23.65%and 71.60%,respectively;pregnant women had a lower rate(48.94%)of acquiring PFD knowledge,and the main sources of PFD knowledge were mobile phones/computers and obstetricians;the attitude score was 28.79±6.16,and the proportions of those with high,medium and low degrees of emphasis given to PFD were 14.50%,49.24%and 36.25%,respectively.There were statistically significant differences in the knowledge score between pregnant women with different educational levels,between pregnant women with different gestational ages,or between pregnant women with and without PFD propaganda and education(all P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the attitude score among pregnant women with different gestational ages,with different numbers of birth,or with and without PFD propaganda and education(P<0.05).With bachelor degree or above education background,with gestational age≥28 weeks,and having received PFD propaganda and education were the factors influencing the knowledge score(P<0.05);the knowledge score and multiple pregnancy were the factors influencing the attitude score(P<0.05).Conclusion Pregnant women attach more attention to PFD,but lack of adequate understanding.It is necessary to further perfect the services for pregnant women,standardize the service process,and improve the awareness and attitude of pregnant women towards PFD.
