摘要
采用肉桂酸甲酯(methyl cinnamate,MC)、马来酸酐(maleic anhydride,MAH)、苯乙烯(styrene,St)和二乙烯苯(divinylbenzene,DVB)多单体新型复配体系,反应挤出制备长链支化聚丙烯(pdypropylene,PP)。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,FTIR)、差示扫描量热法(differential scanning calorimetry,DSC)、流变仪等表征改性聚丙烯接枝效果和长链支化缠结程度,结果表明:肉桂酸甲酯和二乙烯苯改性效果良好且毒性较低,苯乙烯使用量减少;将改性物进行发泡实验测试,产品泡孔孔径减小,泡孔密度和发泡倍率上升明显,具备更规整泡孔结构。
With the combination of methyl cinnamate(MC),maleic anhydride(MAH),styrene(St)and divinylbenzene(DVB),the long chain branched polypropylene was prepared in a twin-screw extruder,and the performance of different graft-PP was studied by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and rheology.It came to the conclusion that methyl cinnamate and divinylbenzene had good modified effect on PP while they were less toxic and lower dosage of styrene.The modified product was tested by foaming,and the results indicated that the cell diameter decreased,while the cell density and expansion ratio increased,and the product had a more regular foam structure.
