无固相冲洗液的防塌性能及其强化实验 被引量:2

摘要 针对适应金刚石绳索取心钻进的无固相冲洗液防塌性能弱的问题,以人造岩心在无固相冲洗液中的浸泡实验为基础,以岩心无侧限线膨胀量及坍塌时间为标准,对聚丙烯酰胺乳液无固相冲洗液、魔芋胶无固相冲洗液的防塌性能进行了评价。同时,以低黏增效粉、乳化沥青为防塌材料,对2种无固相冲洗液的防塌性能进行了强化实验。研究结果表明:聚丙烯酰胺乳液冲洗液、魔芋胶冲洗液的防塌能力均较弱,低黏增效粉、乳化沥青均能明显提高二者的防塌能力。通过对防塌性能、流变性能及滤失性能的评价,优选出强化防塌无固相冲洗液体系,即清水+0.3%聚丙烯酰胺+0.7%低黏增效粉,为黏土矿物含量较高的地层金刚石绳索取心钻进提供了有益的参考。 Aiming at the problem of weak anti-collapse performance of solid-free washing liquid adapted to diamond coring drilling,based on the immersion test of artificial core in solid-free washing liquid,the anti-collapse properties of polyacrylamide emulsion and konjac gum solid-free washing liquid were evaluated based on the unconfined line expansion and collapse time of core.Simultaneously,using low-viscosity synergistic powder and emulsified asphalt as anti-collapse materials,the anti-collapse performance of two solid-phase washing liquid was studied intensified.The research results show that the anti-collapsing ability of polyacrylamide emulsion and konjac gum washing liquid is weak.The low-viscosity synergistic powder and emulsified asphalt can significantly improve the anti-collapsing ability of the two.After evaluating anti-collapse performance,rheological performance,and fluid loss performance,a solid-phase rinsing solution system with enhanced anti-collapse and solid-free phase was selected,namely,clear water 0.3%polyacrylamide+0.7%low-viscosity synergist powder,which has a higher clay mineral content.The formation of diamond rope core drilling provides a useful reference.
