During the process of machining practice,there has been a frequently encountered occasion--cross-hole processing.Due to the increasing difficulty of that processing method,there have been a series of direct or indirect consequences,for instance,loss of accuracy,underperformed precision and increasing consumption of machinery blades.This paper depicts the way of thinking on such issues,combined with relevant practical working experience,leading to the recommended solutions,so that whenever there are similar incidents,there will be feasible methods to address them.
