摘要 轻型客车是用于山区的乡村公路营运客车的常见结构形式。对某款轻型客车建立车身骨架有限元模型,采用Block Lanczos法进行模态分析,采用分析评价法进行评价,得出该车的动态性能良好。比较梁单元模型与壳单元模型的计算结果得出,两种方法计算的前10阶振型不完全一致,梁单元模型计算得出的固有频率比壳单元模型的高,而主要振型产生较大误差,故不宜采用。 Light buses are a common structural form used for rural buses in mountainous areas.A finite element model of the body frame of a light bus was established,the Block Lanczos method was used for modal analysis,and the analysis evaluation method was used for evaluation.It is concluded that the bus has good dynamic performance.Comparing the calculation results of the beam element model and the shell element model,it is found that the first 10 modes calculated by the two methods are not completely consistent.The natural frequency calculated by the beam element model is higher than that of the shell element model,and the main mode shapes are relatively higher.It is not suitable for large errors.
